We exclusively use ethically sourced 14k and 18k solid gold, GIA-certified diamonds, and high-quality precious gemstones to ensure your jewelry lasts a lifetime.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Yes, every HYOU piece comes with a one-year limited warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not include coverage for lost items or normal wear and tear.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns and exchanges on all non-custom items within 30 days of delivery, provided the jewelry is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
How should I care for my fine jewelry?
To maintain brilliance, clean your jewelry with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. We recommend removing your pieces before swimming, exercising, or applying lotions and perfumes.
