Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Your Shipment

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
